For some reason when using Word Pad, WE will not announce the character being deleted when backspacing. This is just a bit disconcerting. Another issue is that WE doesn't announce what text is being selected. Any solutions for this one as well? I don't use Word Pad all that often, but when I just want to take care of a small editing job, I would far rather load a small program to do that rather than bringing out the big gun. Kind of like not wanting to use an axe to swat a fly. Anyway, any help with this one will be greatly appreciated.
