I just downloaded the Media Creation tool, as I got tired a waiting for W10 to rule out to me. Maybe a stupid move, but I chose the option to upgrade this PC, and now it says it's downloading windows 10, 3 percent. So, I'm currently on Windows 8.1 64 bit, and yes, I do have the Window eyes 9.2 update. I'm on the very most up to date build. I've not uninstalled W E, or anything yet.
