You Have 30 days to go back to what was on your machine. If you had windows 8.1 and you upgraded to windows 10 you have 30 days to go back. That's the rule. I would not personally I find that windows 10 is much better then windows 8 and 8.1 having been using it for a week now and just updated my Toshiba laptop to it. I would not go back that's my personal preference.
