Hi folks

I had mentioned that my pc seemed to be locking up a bunch while using Window-eyes, especially with Internet explorer and windows explorer. I tried all the suggestions you guys gave, but the lockup problems seemed to continue. So I tried a couple other screenreaders I have on this machine, and the lockups started happening while using those as well. So logic suggests that it wasn't Window-eyes to blame. The lockup issues *did* start happening after I installed Window-eyes 9.2, but as I said if the lockups happened, even while other screenreaders were running, it has to be something faulty with Windows itself. I haven't used it very much, but I have Malwarebytes installed on here, so I ran an indepth scan of my system. It took a couple of hours, but it turns outit found some things that it thought might be a problem. there were about 68 items, some of them probably not malicious, but I removed them and, so far, the crashes have completely stopped. So if you're having issues with internet explorer crashing, which also takes Window-eyes with it, it might be worth taking a bit of time and doing a scan for spyware/malware. It found a toolbar that was installed in internet explorer, which I didn't recognize. After I removed all traces of it from the computer, things are a whole hell of a lot more stable. So i figured i would let you guys know. Thanks to everyone including Chris G from AI Squared for providing me an earlier copy of Window-eyes 9.1 which, it turns out I don't need but i'm still backing it up just in case...you never know!

Thanks guys.
