Another Window-Eyes 9.2 issue. When I go to the desk top and try arrowing up and down, all I hear is 'No Selected Item'. I also can't seem to read other list views, like my documents folder. I've updated the Windows Explorer set files and this does not seem to help. I'm running Windows 8.1 on an HP Pavillion with Window-Eyes 9.2.
