As I mentioned, its something to do with the browser plugins or addons or even the java scripts. Its definitely not related with the Windows window-eyes is running on As I speak right now, the first computer which I gave the result was and is from a Windows 7 SP1 Pro x64. I also did a test on my workstation in the office running 8.11 enterprise. I really and bet my hands on, its nothing to do with home premium, home basic, professional, ultimate or even enterprise, the kernel is exactly the same.
