You have to do an upgrade before you can do a clean install, because you
have to retrieve the Win 10 product key. However there is an option when
upgrading to keep nothing, I don't know if that is equivalent to a clean
install. If you have WE 9.1 you can order a CD of 9.2 or contact support
and they can give you a download link for 9.2, but if yu are not current
you will have to purchase the upgrade.
