i don't remember the entire process. you have to be logged on as administrator to do this. but you have to setup a profile for each account. create the new profile. then load that profile and make your log on settings and save the profile for each user. i don't remember how to associate them with each account though. maybe you have to go to the profile list and load the new profile then save the change while each account is running? i don't know.

Subject: Startup Options Problem in WE 9.2

Hi All:

I've got a problem and am not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a
Window-Eyes 9.2 issue. I have three user accounts on my system running
Windows 8.1, one for my personal stuff, one for my wife's personal stuff and
a third that I use for my consulting work. On the consulting account, I
primarily need to use a screen reader other than Window-Eyes; on our
personal accounts, we use WE primarily. I can't get Window-Eyes 9.2 to come
up on the two personal accounts, while not coming up on the consulting
account. Here's how I'm trying to set up the startup options.

First, under global startup options, I have Window-Eyes set to run at the
login screen, and set to not run for each user. On the two personal
accounts, I'm trying to set WE to run always after login; on the consulting
account, I'm trying to set it to never run.

WE won't hold the settings for always on the two personal accounts, and
never on the consulting account. I've gone in, adjusted these settings to
where I want them, then tabbed to 'Save Settings' and pressed enter or space
bar, I've tried both. I get the message 'Settings Saved'.

When I either log out and back in, or, minimize the Window-Eyes Control
panel and then go back and look at the startup options, Window-Eyes is set
to run using the global startup options.

What am I doing wrong? I did this in WE 9.1 with no problems. Help is
appreciated, thanks in advance.
