All the boxes in the area you mentioned below were already unchecked.
However, while in the area I looked under Miscelaneous and unchecked a
couple of likely candidates and the problem seems to have gone.

Can anyone inform me how to stopWE saying"action, undo auto actions"in
Word 2013? It is very annoying.
