Hi Amit, I run the retail version of WE, and so perhaps I'm not the best one to ask since I get all the voices I will talk about below. I use VW-Kate which is a SAPI voice which comes for free with Kurzweil 1000 as my preferred voice. You can use any SAPI voice which can be found under the SAPI group in the Synthesizers group in Window-Eyes. If you have a little cash, you could buy Eloquence or DECTalkAccess-32 and this would be a one-time purchase. And, yes, as you say the Microsoft Speech Platform voices are available and so normally you just install them from another program for the blind, like Kurzweil, at least this is where I installed them a while ago. As I understand it, though, you can install Microsoft Speech Platform voices from the web, but perhaps someone else can help with this.
I hope this helps, Rod -----Original Message----- From: amit aggarwal [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: August 21, 2015 7:19 AM To: Rod Hutton <[email protected]> Subject: Re: a test message hi rod, I hope from today I can help you all with your problems and I will also share my problems with you people. so the first thing is.
