I got this the other day and had stopped receiving messages until I went and
reactived my account. I am using GMAIL and a local dsl provider.

I don't think that there is anything you can do. I just had one of
those notifications a week or so ago. It was the first such
notification that I have gotten since this list started so I don't
know what is going on.
