I originally bought this in 2007 when it was Version 5.0 while I was visiting Sight Village in Birmingham England and I live in Sweden permanently. At that time there was no dealer in the country of residence.
Now that there is, and having not upgraded since then, I asked him for upgrade and he said this is a 5-step process and I said ok and paid him after he gave me direct link from where to upgrade of course after downloading the file tied to my serial.
Just after installation and after registering I was promised to be contacted by somebody from AI Squared in 48-hours but nobody did.
Just after this upgrade to 9.1 which was in effect came 9.2.0 and I wanted to update but I get always an error message that says almost the subject line of this mail and claims maybe I am behind some firewall and if the problem persists I should try in some minutes or contact AI Squared, help.
