Hi: In Outlook, using Brighthouse, my spam gets put into a spam folder on my local machine but I have actually set it up to allow all spam to hit my main InBox and just hit the delete key so don't have to go into the Internet Control Panel for my e-mail account very often. When I have there is nothing in any of the folders so long as I delete items from the folders in Outlook, especially the deleted items folder where things get stuffed when I delete them from my InBox. Is this how other IP hosts work with Outlook? Rick USA

If you ever have a problem with an ISP spam filter, you can do what I've done and create a second email account just for mailing lists, and disable the spam filter for it. Then I setup Outlook to check this second email account. As Mike says, in this case, something else seems to be the problem, not comcast.
