Hi, This sis just a guess. Probably the messages you can read without browse mode are text messages. See if there is an option to display all emails as text. Chris

When editing an email, most of the time I must have browse mode on to read the message and browse mode off to edit, however occasionally I can read and edit a message without turning browse mode on.
