Do you have a web site where this is happening or is it happening all the time? Just started with google chrome on this windows 10 64 machine and will see if I experience the same thing.
One thing I notice is I have a drupal site that uses tabs and when you are creating a page google chrome and we 9.2 we will not read the tabs.
