Hi Joe,

If you open the WE profiles folder, and sort the file list by date modified,
look for a file with the extension .we, and, assuming you have the correct
one, that's the one to delete.
The first part of the filename will be the "module name" of the search
everything program, perhaps it'll be "search."
At any rate, .we files hold the class associations for their respective
programs.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: window-eyes associations

Morning all,

I've recently re-classed a list view in a file management program, search
everything.

I did this because, as is so damn typical, what used to work propperly, no
longer works propperly.
Having re-classed the view, now we reads sweet nothing.
Further, we won't return the class to the original class. There is no
association with the program everything.

What files do I need to delete in we, so that I can start again, to end up,
where I was before the damn thing got broken? All these developments mean
that
it seems to me, we walk 100 I T miles, to be exactly back where we started,
having achieved nothing at all, apart from a huge waste of time and possibly
money.

Thanks guys.

Joe
