Good point: the e-list provider isnt important so long as they get the job done in a professional manner for a professional list from a professional company selling a High Tech Product. I am out on this thread until we hear from Chris that AI Squared has resolved the problem with their provider, another provider or by the grace of the Gods of High Tech. Last time, more and more lists are moved to groups.io. Groups.io is a more accessible site to setup your list and to manage. Better than yahoogroups or freelists. I have used them too as a list owner and groups.io is better.
