Hi Pastor, I had the same problem with the startmenu as you had. Today I have installed win10 again over my old windows. This time I have choosen to do a clean install. don't takeover my old settings.
Currently only window-eyes, a password manager and becky mail are installed, but Window-Eyes is reading the startmenu as aspected.
