I am using Excel 2013, WE 9.2, Win 7 Pro. If I edit a cell and complete the operation with the tab or enter key, WE speaks the next cell reference and contents as expected. However, if I complete the editing operation using the arrow keys instead, Excel moves to the next cell in the direction of the arrow but WE just emits a bing sound. Pressing an arrow key again produces the desired results, the cell reference and contents are spoken. Using Excel 2010 on my work PC (Win 7 pro, WE 9.2) produces even stranger results using the arrow keys. Sometines it speaks the moved to cell, sometimes it doesn't. Of course, my work PC has many more strange behaviors, probably due to many of the IT constraints and the plethora of prototype development installs and uninstalls from my company. Thankfully, this PC is due for the recycle bin next month. Unloading the Office App did not change the above behavior.
