I'm not an expert on mouse keys, but I find that they don't do what I want unless they are set to read lines. Scroll through the settings with alt and numpad 5 and stop when it gets to line to see if that helps.

I'm using IE 11 with WE 9.2 on a Windows 7 system. The only thing I ever get when I use the numpad keys (which I believe are considered the mouse keys), is a list of what's on the menu bars -- things like back, forward, file, favorites, tools etc. Sometimes way at the bottom of all that is some of the actual web page I'm on. I've changed the mouse boundaries to every different setting and it makes no difference. Is there something I'm missing? BTW: This is not new. It's been the same through IE 10 and I think 9 and previous versions of WE. I just lived with it figuring there was nothing I could do. Today I tried the demo version of JAWS 16 to see what it would do and the numpad keys read the contents of the page without any of the menu/tool bar stuff. Any thoughts on what I can or need to do to make WE read the page contents like JAWS does?
