Beg pardon, Reg. I thought we were talking about the Amazon web page itself.
Any time I receive an email requesting that I leave seller feedback, there
are two choices. Excellent, and I had another experience. Regardless of
which link I press Enter on to open the browser and access Amazon, once I'm
at the Amazon page itself, I can easily change my star rating by pressing
enter on whichever star rating I want. Again, at the end of that list of
largeStars._V372372331_ list, there is a kind of star status. I don't know
what else to call it. That status changes as you change selections. Before
writing to you the first time, I verified that I can press Enter on the
large star text and effect a change. I tried all five and the rating changed
each time. Nothing is locked in until I click the submit feedback link
farther down the page. I haven't tried, but I'd be willing to bet that I
could revisit that feedback rating and change it as many times as I wanted.

Sorry about the confusion,
Lou N.

Hi and thank you
Yes it does sometimes, but it depends on which kind of mail you're
getting from Amazon. It's different if, for instance, you're rating a
Marketplace seller as distinct from something from Amazon direct.
On the kind of page you mention, I really wish the links themselves were
labelled - that confused me initially.
