I suggest examining the two links in every E-mail you receive from the list.
You can change membership and subscription options through them. There is an
option to suspend delivery of list E-mails.

Hi can anyone tell me please if there is a simple way to stop emails
being received while I am on a two week holiday or is the best way to
unsubscribe and then subscribe again on my return. If the answer is to
