Go to tools/options
In the security section you'll need to turn off the options in junk and email
scams.
They are two separate tab controls.

Subject: Thunderbird message

Hi guys,
A strange thing started with Thunderbird. With every message I get the
announcement that Thunderbird thinks this message is junk mail. It doesn't
seem to do anything about it but it's a pain to keep hearing it.
Anybody know any way of turning that message off?
Thanks.
