Hello, I needed to reset Internet Explorer back to its Stock settings, and now WE 9.1 is locking up so much more.
I have had Locking up problems all along, and have called Tech Support several times, and have mentioned the problems on this list too. After setting up 9.1 to handle HTML 5 my problems did not go away, but were probably cut in half. After resetting I.E. 11, my problems are actually worse than ever before. Someone sent me a link to update I.E. 11 to handle HTML 5 pages, if that person is still on the list, would you be willing to send me that link once again? I am curious, How much is WE 9.X depending upon some aspect of Internet Explorer? If I knew more about how WE 9.X reads screens, I might be better able to give helpful feed back, other than WE 9.X is still locking up etc. I also have WE 9.X lock up when using Becky and MS Word. Which then makes me wonder if this is the same problem as when I am looking at a Web Page, or if the Freezing up in Becky and MS Word give the same result, but have different reasons for locking up. Could I have an App conflict?
