All football is an iPhone app. There may be a web site, but I am not aware of it. It works similar to the free football web site. Perhaps the developer is the same, I don't know. So far, the 49er games have been broadcast on TV, and I am one who still owns TV sets, so I have't had to resort to other means yet. I have used All Football and Pro Football Radio for years, and can generally find something that I can listen to. Sometimes it may be the opposition feed, but at least I can hear the game. I prefer an app to a web site, because my easy chair is a lot more comfortable than my computer chair.
