Greetings Steve. The "magic trick" is to request a downloadable installation of 9.2 from AI Squared, which may come off your SMA, or which you purchase prior to delivery. The upgrade file is not a complete install.
The downloadable install is the alternative to the cd, and it contains your user serial number and is provided to you by way of email notification which includes the zip file. In my humble opinion, once you've crossed this hurdle, you will find Window-Eyes 9.2 and Windows 10 to be a generally happy combination. Good luck.
