Hi Butch,

First, close the Window-Eyes control panel by pressing Escape if you're
focused on it.
Second, ensure that Thunderbird is running.
Then, press Control-backslash to open the Window-Eyes control panel.
Next, press Alt-A to open the Apps menu, and assuming the TB Enhanced app is
installed, you can use first-letter navigation by pressing the letter T to
move quickly to and choose the TB Enhanced Apps menu option.
Now, if the app is not installed, then you would have to install it
manually, but it should already be installed, verifiable by using the above
steps.

Hello, I used app get to install the thunderbird app, but when I checked the
list of running apps in the app manager, thunderbird was not even in the
list. Please tell me how to get an installed app to run. When I tried the
add remove apps dialog, it asked for the name of an app, so I typed in
thunderbird, pressed okay, but nothing happend. any help is appreciated.
