Hi Butch, First, close the Window-Eyes control panel by pressing Escape if you're focused on it. Second, ensure that Thunderbird is running. Then, press Control-backslash to open the Window-Eyes control panel. Next, press Alt-A to open the Apps menu, and assuming the TB Enhanced app is installed, you can use first-letter navigation by pressing the letter T to move quickly to and choose the TB Enhanced Apps menu option. Now, if the app is not installed, then you would have to install it manually, but it should already be installed, verifiable by using the above steps.
