Hi John, The easiest way to share files via DropBox is to install the desktop application, which creates a folder into which you can place files for sharing. Then, all you have to do is right-click the file you want to share, arrow down to Share DropBox link, and a shortcut to the file is copied into your clipboard, and you can paste it into an email to send the person you want to share it with.
