This seems to be a problem for many of us. I'm using W.E. 9.2 and Windows
7. It happens when using Becky email and Firefox. Sometimes can come back
with the hot keys, but sometimes have to re-boot. I hope it gets fixed,

9.2 is better than 9.1 or 9.0. However, after using it the last couple
of days, I do notice that Speech still goes away. Sometimes it does
come back if I wait long enough. 15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds or
more. And sometimes it just goes away and stays away. Pressing ALT
CTRL W brings WE back about half the time.
These Speech failures can happen at any time. using Word, Using Becky,
On the Web, or just doing something within Win 7.
And 9.2 is slower.
And I too just wish for a bit of open contact with A.I. Squared as to
whether or not they believe WE 9.X has issues, or they believe it is our
Systems that have issues.
Remember, there are a few folks that claim they have no such problems
with speech dropping out.
And if the guys in the Tech Department can not duplicate these same Drop
Outs, then those of us who are experiencing them, are just going to be
out in the Cold.
A while back, someone on this list, sent their Lap Top to A.I. Squared.
How did that turn out? Were they able to determine what the problem was
on that lap top? And was there a fix?
