I believe Greyhound has a special number for disabilities. Perhaps if you call greyhound and ask, they may give it to you.

Or the information operator might have it.

I have found, at least with the airlines, If I tell them I am blind and cannot use their web site, they will waive the extra fee and give the ticket to you for the same price as you would get it on the Internet.
