When I did my upgrade, my window-eyes reverted back to a generic copy with the gweeoffice serial number. I worked around this by re-running the weauth.exe file that I had, and letting it re-authorize my machine, as I was afraid that running the license manager by itself as I did last time, would result in a lost activation, and no new serial number. I did get my serial number back using this method, and reauthorized my eloquence, however, under normal circumstances, after getting up and running again after the upgrade, should I have had to re-authorize window-eyes again? The tutorial I listened to, didn't seem to indicate that this would be an issue. Thanks much,
