Whenever I start up my computer a strange program comes up before W E opens up. I cannot make out its correct name but it is something like "bbk update.exe". I get a message asking if I want to allow it to make changes. I invariably reply "no" and then W E opens up and everything is normal from then on. I'M SORRY THAT I CAN'T BE MORE PRECISE AS TO THE CORRECT NAME OF THE PROGRAM BUT CAN ANY ONE MAKE AN EDUCATED GUESS AGE AS TO WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT IS GRYING TO DO. More particfularly can any one suggest how to get rid of it. I havge tried numerous times to find where it is on my computer but been unable to do so. I would be grateful for suggestions.
