It may be that you are arrowing down or up too fast. I have found with Word
and Outlook 2013 that there is a longer pause between text lines than
previous versions, and I was arrowing too fast. Just a thought based on my
experience.

Subject: WE not reading all text in office 2013

Hi All,

I am using windows 8.1 and office 2013 with the latest version of WE 9.2.

I am having problems with windoweyes reading all of the text on the screen
in Word 2013. In the past with previous versions of office, I would
maximize the screen in outlook and word.

Now, whenever I am in outlook and word and composing a document or email,
window-eyes does not read the text accurately.

For example, if I arrow up and down the document, it will be silent
sometimes on lines and it will read text when going back to that line. As I
am typing this document, I am having difficulty with proof reading it.

I have tried the knowledge base solutions which include making sure that
word is not in protected view, installing the correct factory settings, and
performing the Window-Eyes Office Helper Add-ins fix -
http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Knowledge_Base/?kbnumber=GWKB2048.

Any help would be greatly appreciated at [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>

Thanks
