Have you tried alt+down arrow? Then while on the selection, of your choice, hit enter. You can also try whil on the selection of your choice, routing the mouse to hit and left clicking right there. Amazon is a crazy site for all of us. Plus, you can't use the mouse keys in firefox so... stuck using IE.
