Thanks Barbara, I will check it out. Rick USA -----Original Message----- From: Barbara [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, October 18, 2015 9:55 AM To: 'Rick Thomas' <[email protected]>; 'Window-Eyes Discussion List' <[email protected]> Subject: RE: Accessibility Credits And Small Business
What is available at the Federal level can be found at: https://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Small-Businesses-&-Self-Employed/Tax-Benefits -for-Businesses-Who-Have-Employees-with-Disabilities A lot of these benefits are limited for various reasons, so each business needs to consult their tax advisor since all small businesses may not get a benefit. Also these benefits may have calendar deadlines for them. Otherwise the expense is just a business deduction for them like the general business expenses. You would need to consult with each state for any benefits at that level. Hope this helps.
