So for some time I've been whining that I cannot open attachments and still I cannot. Well, today I saw the tip of the day and it talking about using "alt1 or alt 2 or alt 3 and so on to retrieve certain kinds of info from an email. Well I just realize none of these work either. Do you have any suggestions of what might be going on? Again I use an Lenovo with MS2010. If any of that info makes a difference. Veronica
