Hi Again: I am responding to my own message since I don't have problems when responding, only when creating a new message. It seems like WE gets messy when I start to enter the subject and tab into the message body. Then it will start slowing down as I type, sometimes seem like it is hung and not read what I type then read a few letters all at once as if it is locked up reading but the typing keeps going through, sometimes this does not happen and the typing actually stops or letters I type without hearing anything are just lost. So, there is a diference between the way WE is handling a reply to an existing message and creating a new one in Outlook. Anyone else having this problem yet? It just started happening about a week ago or there abouts. Thought it may correct itself but so far no luck. This is in Windows 8.1 running Outlook whatever the latest version is and having installed the windows important updates 2 weeks ago and this weekend. Rick USA
