top and bottom is in verbocity\miscelanious.
if it is only doing this with one program then load that program and find the
setting and make sure the top and bottom is set to global and off. then it will
apply to all set files that are set to global for that setting.

My computer is now saying "top" and "bottom" which I find irritating. I have
tried altering verbosity in the W E control panel but only causes the read
out from the application key to read incorrectly. Any Suggestion?
