How do you know what is malware and what is not so that you know what to
delete? I did that once, and it had chosen stuff that was not malware, and
I messed up my internet explorer. Pam.

I believe that by default all malware found is quarantined.
When you do have sighted help, just go into history, and have them
select all then delete.
