Yes. I have helped out a client who uses Wordpress with Window-Eyes to manage a blog. Overall, the default administrative dashboard for Wordpress is accessible with a screen reader. It might take a little practice to get the hang of though, as there are a lot of menus, interactive controls and dynamic content to work with. If you are comfortable with HTML, using the Text Editor, will probably give you a bit more control over the content compared to the Visual Editor. Good luck! Marc
