Toggle off browse mode, tab to the link and press enter. It is because the web site changed under Window-eyes and when you hit enter on the link, the old browse mode is trying to click a link that isn't there any longer.
The other option is to upgrade to 9.2 where the old browse mode system isn't used any longer and can deal with dynamic pages.
