I bet though if it were supported that percentage would increase exponentially!

is it worth aisquares time and money to add touch screen support for windows tablets when less then 1 percent of the tablet users are blind? and the fact that only 4 percent of all tablet users are useing windows based tablets?
most other people are useing i phones not tablets.
some programmers probibly have to go back to school to learn how to do touch screen programming. its probibly alot harder to program for the touch screen justures then other programming. they are going to have to add touch screen support without breaking the existing programming code that has been used for win eyes for years. they also have to deal with how the computer manufacturers and microsoft keep adding add on's and tweaks that would need extra win eyes programming before they would work. i am glad i am not the programmers.

I am hoping that window eyes in version 9.3 or what ever version does
support touch screen both their paid and free competition have it in their
offerings and I am wondering how come this is not offered in the window
eyes offering. If windows 10 is so great with touch experiecne then how come
the rock solid company can not provide the touch support to their screen
reader . Again window eyes has fallen behind in the innovative space they
usually claim that they are in.

support a touch screen.

Not a chance.

Correct on your assumption.

You need a tablet with an intel based processor running Windows 10 for
intel based processors.
Mobil devices run arm processors that won't work with Window-eyes.

Will WE 9.2 work on a windows 10 based tablet running Windows 10 mobile?
I assume that the Windows 10 mobile version is like the RT version of
Windows 8 and doesn't work with WE 9.2.
