This happens to any file you get by downloading it, or which is attached to an email message. You can either use Windows Explorer and go into the file properties for the file (by right clicking it), and then unblocking it, or in Word, if the document is opened, go to the File ribbon tab, arrow down to Info, and then arrow right until you find the choice for "allow editing" and choose it. I believe GW has a nice detailed kb article on their support site for this.
