whats your problem?
maybe its a simple fix.
if its your global settings you can open the w e control panel. open settings. then go to factory settings and reinstall the global settings option from the list.
this might erase the w e dictionaries. i don't know.
it will if you re install the window eyes factory defaults. this would erase all the factory dictionaries and set files.
