Try control-tab and then the arrows.

Today, when I launched BECKY!, I got the usual dialog box, telling
me that the trial copy was only good for 30 days. Pressed enter and
got to the next screen.
I was hearing my email server info, and thought that I needed to use
the left arrow to collapse that "folder" and get to my folder list;
inbox, outbox, etc.
Now I am stuck in a window or screen that says "you can use this
area for notes" and when I arrow around all I hear is right and left
arrows and dot, dot, dot.
How do I get back to my list of folders?
