You may need to go to the computer manufacturer and see if they have any updated drivers for your wifi adapter. I had a problem with a tablet where it would drop the wifi all of the time and it turned out to be outdated drivers. It is possible your Windows 10 installed some generic drivers for the card bringing the issue out.
