When I use Outlook 2010 with iCloud synchronization I receive two reminders one from the iCloud calendar and one from standard outlook stuff. In JAWS the iCloud one of these is not accessible.
Test this out by creating an Outlook calendar item for 30 minutes in the future and seeing if its reminder is accessible.
