I cannot even get the program to fill out my profile form so I can't start
at all.

I believe the defaults are Control-Shift-A to show or hide the main window,
and Control-Shift-I to bring up received IMs. Like Jim I changed these years
ago. The audio tutorial I recorded (which is on the GW Micro page) walks you
through everything. It's a bit over 5 years old, but little, if anything,
has changed.

able to do it via the system tray. I do not know the default hotkeys as I
changed mine a long time a go.
