The last time I looked at it, Cloud Drive was designed with Adobe Air, which 
has absolutely 0 accessibility. I have written to them to inquire about either 
an API or rewritten GUI, but all such requests have gone unanswered.

While not as inexpensive as Amazon, Dropbox and Google Drive work beautifully 
both on the desktop and mobile platforms. OneDrive also isn't bad, but its 
strange dependence on the web for accessing shared folders makes it impractical 
for my needs. I'm also told that Box and Opendrive work well.
