Hello Mr. Barton, I'm also a WE user, and another thing that you can do is you can go to control panel, look for turn windows features on and off, search for something in the webinar about making pdf files accessible, you know those pdf files that have images and WE says empty document. ...go to training resources and tutorials and you can find it there.
